Daily Success! Life has been designed to assist you if.. Ezekiel Atang

Romans 8:28 KJV
“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose”.

You must have seen people who seem as though life is against them. They literally fight their way to get everything and anything done. It could take them ten times as much time to accomplish what everyone else does with relative ease and minimal effort. There may be several reasons for this anomaly, but chiefest amongst them is the fact that they have not been enjoying the assistance that life is designed to offer.

Life has been designed to assist those who have found their purpose. According to our text, all things only work for good to them who are the called according to His purpose. All the favours, blessings, help, breakthroughs and supernatural assistance you will ever need and require are waiting for you on the path of your purpose.
The moment you begin a walk down your path of purpose by any means, the game changes automatically. Things begin to work for your good, people will begin to favour you, even the evil people intended for you, becomes a major access path for you in your journey of destiny. This was what happened to Joseph; what was designed to destroy him and kill his dreams, ended up becoming what boosted the dream and took him to the place of his destiny.
I decree that life and the entire universe will assist you fulfill your destiny in Jesus Name.

Action Points
i. Thank God for your purpose and destiny.
ii. Thank the Lord for all your destiny helpers.
iii. Ask the Lord to reveal your purpose to you.

Prayer
-Lord I receive the insight into what my purpose is in Jesus Name.
-I call forth my destiny helpers in Jesus Name.
-I command the universe to assist me in the pursuit of my destiny in Jesus Name.

Nugget
All the favours, blessings, help, breakthroughs and supernatural assistance you will ever need and require are waiting for you on the path of your purpose.

BORN ON PURPOSE

Jeremiah 1:5 KJV
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations”.

Thursday, 1st March
YOU WERE NOT JUST BORN FOR PURPOSE BUT ON PURPOSE

Jeremiah 1:5 KJV
“Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations”.

Isn’t it amazing how the hard blows of life can sometimes make us doubt everything we ever once believed. You begin to doubt everything, including God and your very birth. Jeremiah the prophet went through so much that he cursed the day he was born. Job was so attacked by satan to the point where he did not only curse the day he was born, but he cursed the man who announced his birth. Imagine such depth of sorrow. (Ref: Jeremiah 20:14; Job 3:2-3)

But one thing we fail to understand is the fact that we were not just born for purpose as most people have come to know, but we have been born on purpose as well. This suggests that we were born deliberately, intentionally, knowingly and thoughtfully. You were not an accident, and you were not an afterthought. It doesn’t matter the people who met to bring about your birth, and it doesn’t matter the circumstances under which you were conceived and born. Always know that there has been a hand working behind the scenes to determine who comes into this world and who does not. Many babies did not make it to this world; they were either aborted or miscarried. But you could not be miscarried, aborted nor die at childhood. The reason is simple, you were a deliberate, intentional and purposeful creation of God. As such, all the things that will happen and that has been happening in your life were deliberate and on point; including all the negatives, bad and ugly – all happen for a purpose in your life. Everything has been programmed to push you to the place of your destiny.

All that they did to Joseph only kept pushing him to the throne of his destiny. His brother’s betrayal, Mrs. Potiphar’s frame up, etc. All these pushed him to his place of destiny effortlessly. The reason is because he was born on purpose. And guess who else was born on purpose? the next person you see when you look in the mirror, is the one. You are the one; you were born on purpose.
Receive grace to manifest the purpose of your birth in Jesus Name.

Action Points
i. Take a good look at yourself and start disbelieving all the lies satan ever told you about yourself.
ii. Begin to celebrate yourself and carry yourself differently from today.
iii. Lift your hands and give God the glory for all He has in store for you by faith.

Prayer
-Lord I thank you because you are very purposeful about me.
-Lord please help me discover all the things you know about me in Jesus Name.

Nugget
You were a deliberate, intentional and purposeful creation of God, as such, all the things that will happen and that has been happening in your life were deliberate and on point.

HOW TO LOVE GOD

Genesis 27:1-4,14 KJV
“And it came to pass, that when Isaac was old, and his eyes were dim, so that he could not see, he called Esau his eldest son, and said unto him, My son: and he said unto him, Behold, here am I. And he said, Behold now, I am old, I know not the day of my death: Now therefore take, I pray thee, thy weapons, thy quiver and thy bow, and go out to the field, and take me some venison; And make me savoury meat, such as I love, and bring it to me, that I may eat; that my soul may bless thee before I die. And he went, and fetched, and brought them to his mother: and his mother made savoury meat, such as his father loved”.

Isaac could not have been loved by Esau the way Esau wanted to love him. Rather, Esau could only love his father the way his father wanted to be loved. One of the most effective and powerful ways to love your father is by doing things that he loves. Isaac wanted his son to bring to him what he loved, and that was the way he was going to release his blessing on Esau. If Esau had brought something other than what was prescribed, there would not have been any blessing.
We want to use this same principle in our relationship with God. You can only love God the way He wants to be loved, and not the way you feel convenient or want to love Him. You can love God by doing the things that He loves; give Him what He loves; things that will please Him and this will bring His blessing on you. Unfortunately, Esau failed to bring the venison on time, as such, missed the blessing as a result. So, what do you know that your Heavenly Father really loves? Here are a few suggestions.
-God loves to be praised and worshipped: As busy as He is with the whole heaven and earth’s affairs, He still finds time to unfailingly inhabit the praises of His people. Psalm 22:3.
-God loves souls: This happens to be the second thing that moved God out of heaven to die on earth in the person of His Son Jesus Christ. John 3:16
These first two things are things God cannot do for Himself. So, when you do them for Him, He will do for you, what you cannot do for yourself.
-God loves a cheerful giver: Giving is a demonstration of love and trust for God and He doesn’t take it lightly.
Receive grace to love God for real in Jesus Name.

Action Points
i. Thank God for today’s word.
ii. Read today’s word all over again, and determine to prayerfully practice all three steps.

Prayer
-Lord I receive the grace to really love you in Jesus Name.

Nugget
When you do them for Him, He will do for you, what you cannot do for yourself.

YOUR FIGHTING STRATEGY FOR 2018

2 Samuel 23:9-10 KJV
“And after him was Eleazar the son of Dodo the Ahohite, one of the three mighty men with David, when they defied the Philistines that were there gathered together to battle, and the men of Israel were gone away: He arose, and smote the Philistines until his hand was weary, and his hand clave unto the sword: and the Lord wrought a great victory that day; and the people returned after him only to spoil”.

Let me give you a fighting strategy for the rest of 2018. The strategy is not a new skill or some fresh revelation, but a very simple wisdom, and that wisdom is Tenacity. To lack tenacity is to have a repeat failure of yesteryears. You will not fail this year in Jesus Name.

To be tenacious is to be solid, adamant, not easily broken and persistent. It is to never give up, and it is to never accept defeat no matter what happens. It is to be strong in the face of adversity and difficulties. There is a group of people that satan fears like no man’s business, and they are tenacious-never-give-up kind of people. Even James admonished us to know that only resisting the devil will make him flee from you (James 4:7).
Our text reveals how Eleazar the son of Dodo fought till his hands clave to the sword. In other words, his hands and the sword became one. He went into a serious fighting mode, never to let go of the sword. It was a posture that made a clear statement; more like saying: “I am not about to end this fight any time soon, until I win”. That is the strategy you need for 2018. Because Eleazar’s hands clave to the sword, God wrought a great victory that day. Victory is guaranteed if God sees that you are not the type that gives up. Too many people lose in life because they cannot stand the pressure of the fight for long.
I pray for all the grace you will need to bring you all the victories you desire in 2018 in Jesus Name.

Action Points
i. Revisit all the battles you lost in past years and begin a solid fight.
ii. Ask the Lord for a tenacious spirit from now on.

Prayer
-Lord I thank you for today’s word in Jesus Name.
-I apply for the grace that makes tenacity a reality in Jesus Name.
-Lord I decree that the last time I suffered a defeat is the last time forever in Jesus Name.

Nugget
Be tenacious, adamant, not easily broken and persistent; never give up, be strong in the face of difficulties and never accept defeat no matter what happens.

FIGHT FOR IT

1 Timothy 6:12 KJV
“Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses”.

There is a reason why the Bible says “the kingdom of heaven suffers violence and men of violence take it by force”; (Matthew 11:12). It simply means you will have to fight for whatever you want. People have also asked why believers seem to face too many battles, unlike the unbelievers. The reason is because the stakes are very high on you, the enemy knows what you carry. He has an idea of where you are headed, and he would do all within his power to try to stop you. So, you must be prepared to fight for it.

But how are you supposed to go about this fight? Paul told us how to fight the good fight of faith. It has to be a faith-fight. The fight of faith is basically a two-dimensional faith-fight, and they are; faith acquisition and faith declarations.
You acquire faith by massive intake of the word of God, because faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God. The more of God’s word you hear, the more faith you will have and operate in. You never want to be found in a situation where faith goes away. And you can be sure that faith goes away by not hearing the word of God. Hebrews 10:17.
The second way to fight is by faith declarations. Faith is useless inside you, but faith declared is faith released. That is how you activate the fight.
Receive the wisdom to fight the good fight of faith in Jesus name.

Action Points/Prayer
i. Gather your word ammunition today by amassing some relevant scriptures to your battle.
ii. Declare them till you see changes in Jesus Name.

Nugget
The devil has an idea of where you are headed, and he would do all within his power to try to stop you. So, you must fight the fight of faith; you have overcome!

Daily Success! Fulfilling Your Fruitfulness Mandate – Ezekiel Atang

Published

FULFILLING YOUR FRUITFULNESS MANDATE

Genesis‬ 41:52‬ KJV‬‬
“And the name of the second called he Ephraim: For God hath caused me to be fruitful in the land of my affliction.”

Fruitfulness is a mandate for the Christian and not just a thing that we do. It is a command of God, it is an expectation of God and it is what God designed to make this world continue for as long as He desires. When He said “be fruitful”, He meant it, and desired that we fill the whole earth with mankind. But we may need to look at the animals who are really fruitful and find out how they do it.

i. No animal or plant will be fruitful without remaining in their natural, God given habitat. Outside the water the fish will never be fruitful, detached from the ground the plant will never be fruitful, living in the water, the bird will never be able produce. Man has his natural and God given habitat and that habitat is the presence of God.

ii. We saw in our theme scripture for the month that God caused Joseph to be fruitful. It was God that caused the fruitfulness, not his wife, not his doctors, neither the state of his body. Hence he named his child Ephraim (fruitful). But how did it happen?

iii. The presence of God was Joseph’s secret. We see that he didn’t go into Egypt alone, neither did he get into the prison house alone. He was a dweller in the presence of the Lord:

“And the Lord was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.”
“But the Lord was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour in the sight of the keeper of the prison.” Genesis‬ 39:2, 21‬ KJV‬‬

Need I say more? The presence of God in consistency is what results in all round fruitfulness. We can see it further in this scripture:

“Those that be planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish in the courts of our God. They shall still bring forth fruit in old age; they shall be fat and flourishing; To shew that the Lord is upright: he is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in him.” (Psalms‬ 92:13-15‬ KJV‬‬).

Hannah located God’s presence in prayer and then she became fruitful. )1Samuel 1:9-19).
Zechariah was in God’s presence when the Angel of God visited him and he became fruitful. (Luke 1:8-24).
Locate your natural habitat today and fulfill your fruitfulness mandate in Jesus Name.

Action Points
i) You will need to go over today’s message again and make more sense out of it.
ii) Schedule times for engaging God’s presence daily.
iii) Ask God for consistency in His presence.

Prayer
-Lord please teach me to dwell in your presence.
-Cause me to truly and really delight in your presence.
-Father activate my fruitfulness mandate as I dwell in your presence in Jesus Name.

Nugget
Fruitfulness is a command of God and an expectation of God for us.

Daily Success! From Emptiness To Abundance – Ezekiel Atang

FROM EMPTINESS TO ABUNDANCE

2 Kings‬ 4:1-7‬ KJV‬
“Now there cried a certain woman of the wives of the sons of the prophets unto Elisha, saying, Thy servant my husband is dead; and thou knowest that thy servant did fear the Lord: and the creditor is come to take unto him my two sons to be bondmen. And Elisha said unto her, What shall I do for thee? tell me, what hast thou in the house? And she said, Thine handmaid hath not any thing in the house, save a pot of oil. Then he said, Go, borrow thee vessels abroad of all thy neighbours, even empty vessels; borrow not a few. And when thou art come in, thou shalt shut the door upon thee and upon thy sons, and shalt pour out into all those vessels, and thou shalt set aside that which is full. So she went from him, and shut the door upon her and upon her sons, who brought the vessels to her; and she poured out. And it came to pass, when the vessels were full, that she said unto her son, Bring me yet a vessel. And he said unto her, There is not a vessel more. And the oil stayed. Then she came and told the man of God. And he said, Go, sell the oil, and pay thy debt, and live thou and thy children of the rest.”

The all so very popular story of the dead prophet’s widow has so much for us to learn from every time. And it seems to me that we will keep learning from it until the end of time. It is a story of rediscovery and recovery. Rediscovery because they had a pot of oil in their lives and in their house that they knew almost nothing about. This prophet died of debt because he had not really discovered that oil.

The man ran into debt to the point where he mortgaged his sons for loans. And he not paying the loan, thereby exposed his children to becoming slaves as payment for the loan he couldn’t pay. It was at this point that his widowed wife cried out for help to the prophet Elisha. And Elisha was led by God to point her to this forgotten and despised oil in their house. It was this oil that worked the wonders of provision and escape from slavery. Now, here are a few lessons to learn about this story:

i. The oil represents a special anointing, grace, ability, endowment, grace or special gift in your life.
ii. This oil is not in your life for fun. It is meant to be put to work so you can live a good life. So, for as long as you keep the oil unused your life will not make sense.

iii. The deployment of that oil is meant for empty vessels. And today’s empty vessels are needy people, lost souls, broken and dry people. You are supposed to reach out to them and pour your oil into them. And the more you pour into them the more the oil flows.

iv. Failure to use your oil will plunge you into poverty and a miserable life.

v. Failure to use your oil will make you suffer losses, such as: Loss of life, loss of family or children, loss of ministry and anointing, which is the loss of the oil itself.
My advice is simple; deploy your oil, and do it now.

Action Points
-Go over the devotional again and take steps.
-Ask God to show you your oil, or to help you identify your oil.

Prayer
-Lord please show me my oil.
-Grant me the grace and wisdom to deploy my oil in Jesus Name.

Nugget
This oil is not in your life for fun. It is meant to be put to work so you can live a good life.

Daily Success! Fruitfulness Is God’s Will For Your Life (2)

FRUITFULNESS IS GOD’S WILL FOR YOUR LIFE II

Genesis‬ 1:28‬ KJV‬‬
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.”

God’s will is God’s counsel for your life, and the bible says that there may be many devices in the heart of men, but it is the counsel of the Lord that shall stand; Proverbs 19:21. The will of God is God’s original intention for you. The will of God is God’s purpose for your life. Most importantly, the will of God is all that God has planned and concluded about your life already.

We know that because it was God’s first statement soon after creating man. God could have said any other thing, but He blessed them declaring “be fruitful”. When next you look at your life and wonder why things don’t seem to be working, always remember that it is His will for you to be fruitful in every way. When God blessed man with fruitfulness, He did not limit it to the fruit of the womb or the fruit of your work or spirit only. It was an all round fruitfulness. He simply said “be fruitful”.

The next thing you want to know is that fruitfulness is in you already. It is a blessing that came with your creation, long before your birth. As you may know already, you were not born the day you were created. You were created long before you were conceived and born. That was why God said to Jeremiah “before I formed you, I knew you…” Jeremiah 1:5. He was talking about Jeremiah’s creation in Genesis 1:26-28. And just in case you didn’t know, your creation is superior to your formation.

Your spirit is superior to your body. It is your spirit that helps your body stand erect, it is your spirit that helps you conquer adversity, it is your spirit that helps you overcome infirmities, and God had said to your spirit way back to be fruitful.

The conclusion is that you are fruitful regardless of what you see right. Please know that it is God’s will for you to be fruitful, and you are actually fruitful according to God, regardless of what doctor’s or test results say.

Action Points
-Thank God for today’s message.
-Thank Him for your fruitfulness.
-Declare to yourself seven times a day that you are fruitful in every area.
-Search out more scriptures on fruitfulness and claim them.

Prayer
-Lord it is so good to know that I was fruitful long before I was born.
-I thank you for my fruitful status.
-I refuse to walk by sight, I will walk by faith and by all you have said in your word in Jesus Name.
-I am fruitful, I am very fruitful, I am super fruitful in Jesus Name.

Nugget
When next you look at your life and wonder why things don’t seem to be working, always remember that it is His will for you to be fruitful in every way.
